REVIVE Logistics Platforms LLC collects the contact and business information you provide to review membership requests, understand service needs, and contact your business. Do not submit passwords, payment details, tax IDs, or financial documents.

Applications are stored privately and accessible to authorized REVIVE administrators. Application notifications are sent through our email provider. We retain business requests for review and business records according to applicable retention requirements; submitting an application does not create a customer account.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your application, contact jamil@revivetransit.com. Deletion requests are subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.
